→ Your Virtual Wedding Planner begins with the Wedding Necessities First
→ Creates a Budget Tracker and a Master Shared Wedding Folder
→ Starts Collecting Estimates, Quotes, and Samples (if applicable, i.e. Invitation Suite)

Step 4

→ You’ll review all estimates and quotes for approval, contracts are executed, deposits sent
→ Once all “Necessary Vendors” are locked in, it’s time to make this Wedding pretty!
→ The Wedding Design process begins

→ The Wedding Design Team along with your Virtual Wedding Planner begins to define the look of the Wedding
→ Floral and Decor Concepts, Specialty Rentals and Items are ordered/booked
→ All the “Wants” are now fulfilled

→ Wedding Production Book with timelines, run of show, contact list, floor plan ++ is prepared, balance schedule issued

Our A to Z service will plan every step of the Wedding covering all creative, organizational, technical and logistical aspects of your BIG DAY from day one. The service is ideal for busy couples who need someone to plan the Wedding from the very beginning and have not started planning.

Your Virtual Wedding Planner will schedule an on-boarding call, by phone or via a virtual video platform, to discuss your wants, needs and expectations for the Wedding.

After this on-boarding, we start the process of venue and vendor sourcing.

Firstly, we will help you find your perfect wedding venue. Secondly, together we select your Caterer, Florist, DJ, Photographer and the list goes on and on.

Throughout the Wedding planning process we provide advice and guidance via email, phone, text or a video platform.
